Registration fee includes,
Participation in the technical program,
Lunch, Coffee/Tea Breaks,

One Conference Kit - (Bag, Notepad, Pen etc.)

Authors are allowed to register only after obtaining the official acceptance letter via Email.

Presentation Guidelines:

After registration, authors are required to prepare a 15 min – Powerpoint Slide. The presentation schedule and meeting room will be displayed in the conference website homepage and it will be intimated through Email before 1-2 weeks to the conference event.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:

Where the registered author is unable to attend, and is not in a position to present the paper in any mode, then the following refund arrangements apply:

Option -1: If a registration is cancelled well in advance 60 days before the conference event, the author will be eligible for 50% refund.

Option -2: If a registration is cancelled in 30-60 days before the conference event, the author will be eligible for 25% refund.

Registrations cancelled 30 days before the event are no longer eligible for a refund.

To request a withdrawal after registering, all authors must sign and submit the consent form.

No refunds are available for listeners.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Authors are solely responsible for the post conference and preprint publication issue. IEEE owns the copyright to the IEEE conference article. After the publication of the conference proceedings alongside the article, authors must get permission to submit their article to approved preprint services.
