Submission Guidelines
The final version of your paper should be not exceed 8 pages including references. The manuscript should be prepared according to the
guidelines and paper template (Microsoft Word, Latex). The paper should be submitted in word or pdf format (in English only). All submissions
should be made to the conference Email ( icaiss.confdesk@gmail.com ).
Note: During initial submission only the full-paper is required. Registration and Copyright Form are NOT required at this initial stage.
Publication & Indexing
Accepted, registered and presented papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality
requirements. To ensure that your paper gets indexed in IEEE Xplore, one of the most prestigious academic databases, it is essential to adhere
to the following guidelines and quality requirements:
- Formatting and Submission: Format your paper according to the conference’s paper template.

Originality and Plagiarism: Ensure that your paper presents original work and has not been published elsewhere. Plagiarism is a serious
offense in academic publishing and can lead to rejection from IEEE Xplore. Use appropriate citation and referencing for all sources and
ideas.

English Language: Use clear and concise English language in your paper. Poorly written papers with grammar or language issues may be
rejected.

Copyright and Consent: Ensure you have the necessary rights to publish the paper. If your paper includes content (e.g., figures, tables)
from other sources, make sure you have obtained the appropriate permissions for reuse.
Review Process
- All papers will go through plagiarism checker. Plagiarism report must not exceed 15%
- All papers must be formatted according to the given template (IEEE Conference Template).
- Paper acceptance will be based on originality, research significance, technical quality, and language clarity.
- Authors must make sure that they submit unpublished papers to this conference.
- All submitted papers will be reviewed by at least 2 reviewers. Additional reviewers will be consulted if required.
Registration Guidelines
Authors of accepted papers should carefully follow these instructions to prepare your final manuscript and other necessary documents for
publication in IEEE.
Step 1: IEEE-Xplore-Compatible Final Paper
The final paper must be updated according to the review comments and converted into PDF and verified. Final PDF not formatted according to
IEEE template could be rejected.
Step 2: IEEE Copyright Transfer Form Submission
To include your accepted paper in both the conference proceedings and the IEEE Xplore digital library, one of the authors must fill and sign
the IEEE copyright transfer form. We have attached the copyright information in the Microsoft format. You need to fill the following
information about corresponding author and submit it with electronic sign of corresponding author.
Step 3: Conference Fee payment
Registration by at least one author is mandatory to present the paper and to include it in the conference proceedings. Each presenting author
is entitled to register and present the paper at the conference.
Conference Payment Types:
Payment types differ based on the IEEE membership status of the corresponding author and their nationality (Indian/Foreign).

- In the description for the payments, you must mention your paper information as shown below:
- Replace Paper ID with your paper ID and name of the first/corresponding author.

Please send a proof of the membership (E-Membership card/Membership ID) along with the registration payment to icaiss.confdesk@gmail.com
- Student must send a valid student ID along with the receipt.
Step 4: Registration Confirmation
Corresponding author should send all the documents prepared in Step-1 to Step-3 to the conference Email to receive the registration
acknowledgement and further conference event details like conference presentation schedule, and other relevant updates.
Cancellations and Alternate submission are not encouraged after registration.
Presentation Guidelines
Presentation Rules
It is mandatory to present your paper in the conference. Any paper not presented in the conference will not be included for indexing in IEEE
Xplore.

The conference spans over three days. Different parallel sessions will be arranged and you will present your paper live in your specified
session. Each session will be moderated by respective session chair. The communication language which is used both during the presentation
and Q&A session must be delivered in English.
- Conference program will be shared 5 - 7 days before the conference.
- Committee will send you an invitation link a week before to join the conference.
Presentation Format
All authors are requested to follow the following guidelines for preparation of your presentation slides:
We encourage you to put ICAISS Conference logo, Conference Title on the title powerpoint slide. You can download original images (conference
logo, header, etc.) from the conference website.
The session chair will invite the presenter for presentation in the sequence provided in the conference program schedule.
The allocated time for each presentation is 20 minutes. The presenter will present the paper for 15 minutes. Each paper will be followed by a
5 minutes Question/Answer session.
The slide design should be simple. Avoid copying the same paragraphs from the paper in the slides. They should be compact and mentioned
point-wise.
For virtual presentations, authors must make sure good internet connection and uninterrupted electricity to avoid any unintended
circumstances.
